One of the pre-wedding festivities was to go to the Bar J Chuckwagon. I love the Bar J. The food is good, and the entertainment is great. You get served "chuckwagon" food on tin plates (I chose chicken, Forrest chose steak) that includes beans, applesauce, biscuits, and spice cake. Ephraim actually ate quite a bit which was impressive.
After dinner comes the show. Ephraim was so sleepy, but couldn't keep his eyes from the show. 
One of my favorite parts is when Brian comes out dressed all silly and sings a song. 
It is great cowboy music and if you are in Jackson during the summer, I highly recommend attending.
